ECOPOWERBANK - MOBILE POWER. RIGHT WHERE YOU NEED IT

Plug in. Turn on. Get to work.
No exhaust fumes. No engine noise. No fuel. The ecoPowerBank delivers electrical energy wherever it is needed. Power is not always needed where a socket is available. At construction sites, during service work, at events, or in remote locations, a power supply that can travel is essential. This is exactly what the ecoPowerBank was designed for. With a storage capacity of 2.3 kWh, continuous power of 3.6 kW, and a peak output of up to 20 kW, it provides powerful 230V energy in a compact, mobile system. Weighing only 24 kg, it is easy to transport and can be used without complex installation.

COMPACT POWER. BIG ON PERFORMANCE

The ecoPowerBank combines a powerful battery storage system with a mobile 230-V power supply. This allows tools, machines, and electrical devices to be operated even in places where there is no fixed electrical grid available.

The 3,600 W rated power is sufficient for numerous professional applications. However, it is not only the continuous power that matters. Electrical consumers such as motors, pumps, or certain tools can require significantly more than their normal power output when started. That’s why the ecoPowerBank is designed to handle high short-term loads. According to the product specifications, different overload ranges are available, and it is also rated for a peak load of up to 20,000 W. In a system that is only 526 × 485 × 211 mm large, there is surprisingly much power.

Power that goes wherever you do
Mobile work requires mobile energy. Weighing just 24 kg and featuring a compact design, the ecoPowerBank can be easily transported and brought directly to the work site. Complicated installations or a permanent power supply are not necessary. If there is no outlet available on-site, the required energy is simply brought along. This makes the ecoPowerBank particularly interesting for service technicians, construction companies, assembly operations, and all users who regularly work in changing locations.

AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE TRADITIONAL GENERATOR

Mobile energy supply still often means: transporting a generator, carrying fuel, starting the engine, and accepting emissions and noise. The ecoPowerBank takes a different approach. Energy is stored electrically in advance and provided on-site as 230 V alternating current. This allows the ecoPowerBank to operate without a combustion engine, resulting in silent operation and no local emissions. This opens up possibilities for applications where conventional generators quickly reach their limits. This is a significant advantage especially in indoor spaces, industrial halls, residential areas, events, or noise-sensitive locations.

Working without engine noise and emissions
Anyone who has ever worked with a generator knows the accompanying issues: engine noise, exhaust fumes, and fuel are automatically part of the workspace. With the ecoPowerBank, combustion is completely eliminated. As a result, energy can also be provided in environments where noise and local emissions are unwanted or problematic. Communication on the construction site is not drowned out by a running engine, and there are no emissions from a combustion engine when working indoors. This not only makes mobile power supply more pleasant but also opens up additional application possibilities.

UP TO 20 KW PEAK POWER

With mobile power supplies, the pure battery capacity alone reveals little about which devices can actually be operated. Many electrical devices require particularly high power during startup. Electric motors, pumps, and other consumers can demand significantly more power in the short term than during normal operation. The ecoPowerBank is specifically designed for such situations. It provides 3.6 kW rated power and supports, according to the data sheet, time-limited overload ranges. Additionally, a peak load of 20 kW is specified. This means not only is stored energy available, but also a substantial short-term power reserve.

Utilizing 230 V power as usual
The ecoPowerBank offers a 230-V-AC power supply at 50 Hz. The specified output voltage is 230 V ± 5 V. For the user, this primarily means one thing: suitable electrical devices can be operated through the designated 230-V power supply without the need for a separate mobile generator solution. The ecoPowerBank itself is charged via 230 V AC. According to the data sheet, the maximum input power is 1,200 W.

DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONAL USE

At the construction site or in the service vehicle, performance is not the only priority. Mobile technology must be robust, portable, and suitable for daily use. The ecoPowerBank has an IP54 protection class and is specified for a wide temperature range. According to the data sheet, discharging is intended from -15 °C to 55 °C, while charging is permitted in the range of 5 °C to 40 °C. Standards include IEC 62619, UN 38.3, IEC 62477, and IEC 61000.

Full control via LED and app
Mobile energy should not be a black box. Therefore, the operational status of the ecoPowerBank can be monitored via the integrated display and the app. This provides the user with information about status and performance, allowing for a better assessment of how the system is currently being used. The data sheet explicitly mentions LED & app as display options. This transparency is particularly important in professional applications: one wants to know not only that power is available but also what the system is currently doing.

STORING ENERGY INSTEAD OF BURNING FUEL

The difference between a power bank and a generator lies not only in noise. A traditional generator generates energy on-site using an internal combustion engine. This requires transporting, storing, and burning fuel, as well as operating the engine. The ecoPowerBank stores electrical energy in advance. At the usage site, this energy is made available again as electrical power. This is particularly useful when the battery can be charged with electricity that is already available. Instead of transporting an additional combustion engine to the usage site, the needed energy is stored beforehand and taken along.

Sustainability begins with the way we use energy
Mobile battery storage can provide an alternative where small combustion generators are still used today. During operation, the ecoPowerBank produces no local emissions. At the same time, it operates silently. The overall sustainability of the stored energy also depends on the source of the electricity used to charge the battery. The concept becomes particularly interesting when combined with renewable energy. Solar power, hydropower, or other renewable electricity can be stored and then taken exactly where the energy is needed. This transforms renewable electricity into mobile energy.

NOT AS MUCH BATTERY LIFE AS POSSIBLE—BUT THE RIGHT PERFORMANCE

When it comes to professional mobile power supply, it’s not just about packing as many kilowatt-hours into a case as possible. Weight, performance, capacity, and mobility must be in harmony. A very large battery may provide more energy but quickly loses the crucial advantage of a mobile system. The ecoPowerBank therefore relies on a combination of 2.3 kWh capacity, 3.6 kW continuous output, high short-term performance, and 24 kg weight. The goal is not to make a stationary battery storage mobile. The goal is to bring sufficient energy and power exactly where they are needed.
