POWERUP | HYDROGEN FUEL CELL GENERATORS FOR OFF-GRID POWER

Emission-free energy for civilian supply, infrastructure, and emergency power. PowerUP develops and manufactures modern hydrogen-based fuel cell generators that produce electrical energy in an emission-free, quiet, and efficient manner. These systems convert hydrogen and oxygen directly into electricity, with the only byproduct being pure water.

Unlike traditional diesel or gasoline generators, PowerUP generators operate without harmful emissions, without significant noise, and with minimal maintenance – features that make them ideal for civilian applications with high demands for environmental compatibility and operational reliability.

Decentralized, off-grid power supply. PowerUP fuel cell generators provide continuous electrical energy as long as hydrogen is available – without charging times, as seen with batteries.
This makes them an excellent integrated energy supply solution for all areas where stable, off-grid power is required. The systems can be easily integrated into existing energy and control architectures and can serve as a primary energy source, backup supply, or supplement to batteries and renewable systems.

POWERUP – ENERGY REIMAGINED AND READY FOR THE FUTURE

Technology and operating principle. The PowerUP generators are based on proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEM).
During the electrochemical reaction, hydrogen is combined with oxygen from the ambient air. The chemical energy of hydrogen is directly converted into electrical energy, without a combustion process, thus achieving high efficiency. Thanks to this technology, the systems are:

  • emission-free and environmentally friendly
  • low noise
  • lightweight and compact
  • suitable for continuous operation

Advantages for civil applications.
Compared to conventional energy sources, fuel cell generators offer several clear benefits:

  • Emission-free power generation – ideal for indoor use, sensitive locations, and environmentally conscious applications
  • Continuous power supply without interruption, as long as hydrogen is available
  • Quiet operation – suitable for urban and quiet environments
  • Scalability – multiple units can be combined to achieve higher power outputs
  • Quick refueling – reduced downtime compared to battery-based systems

POWERUP - CIVILIAN APPLICATION SCENARIOS

PowerUP generators are used in a variety of civil applications, including:

  • Communication and Telecommunications – stable power for radio stations, data networks, or IoT platforms
  • Emergency Power Supply – for critical infrastructure such as hospitals, IT centers, or supply stations
  • Construction and Industrial Projects – reliable power for tools, lighting, and mobile installations
  • Research, Environment, and Measurement Systems – autonomous supply for sensors and mobile laboratories

Due to their flexibility, PowerUP generators can be used as stand-alone systems or seamlessly integrated into hybrid solutions with batteries, solar systems, or other energy sources.

POWERUP - SUSTAINABLE, ZERO-EMISSION, AND DECENTRALIZED ENERGY SUPPLY

PowerUP aims to make clean energy available where it is needed – independent of central power grids, fossil fuels, or complex supply logistics. The focus is on the development and provision of hydrogen-based energy solutions that contribute in the long term to a net zero energy supply. PowerUP systems are designed to consistently avoid emissions, efficiently utilize resources, and at the same time ensure a high level of operational safety and availability. In doing so, PowerUP makes an active contribution to the energy transition and the reduction of climate-relevant emissions.

Environmentally friendly and climate-neutral thinking
PowerUP relies on hydrogen as an energy carrier, as it does not produce CO2 emissions when used in fuel cells. The reaction products consist solely of electric energy, heat, and water vapor.

In conjunction with green hydrogen produced from renewable energy sources, PowerUP systems enable a fully climate-neutral energy supply. This concept supports the transition from fossil energy carriers to sustainable, regenerative solutions.

Emission-free and quiet
A key advantage of PowerUP technology is its emission-free and quiet operation.
Since no combustion occurs, there are no exhaust gases, fine dust, nitrogen oxides, or odor emissions.

The nearly silent operation makes the systems particularly suitable for:

  • urban and public areas
  • sensitive environments such as hospitals or research facilities
  • applications with high demands for quietness and environmental compatibility

Decentralized use and local application

PowerUP solutions are designed for decentralized deployment. They enable energy supply independent from the power grid and reduce dependence on central infrastructures. A distinct advantage lies in their local applicability, as hydrogen can be:

  • stored on-site
  • delivered locally
  • or produced directly at the point of use

In combination with electrolysis systems, the necessary fuel can be generated directly from water and renewable electricity. This results in autonomous, resilient energy systems that ensure supply security even in remote or critical situations.

Central benefits at a glance

  • Emission-free electricity generation without CO2
  • Quiet operation without combustion
  • Decentralized use without grid connection
  • Local energy and fuel production possible
  • High efficiency and low maintenance effort
  • Scalable and integratable into existing systems

Contribution to a resilient energy future
With its solutions, PowerUP aims to provide energy supply sustainably, safely, and future-proof. Through the combination of fuel cell technology, hydrogen, and local generation, systems arise that combine ecological responsibility with practical everyday usability. PowerUP thus represents a new generation of energy solutions that actively support the path to net zero emissions while offering real, immediately applicable benefits.

POWERUP - SUSTAINABLE AND PROVEN ENERGY SUPPLY

Fuel cell technology is not a new or experimental development. It has been successfully utilized for several decades – including in industry, aerospace, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure. This long development history has led to high technical maturity, operational safety, and reliability.

PowerUP fuel cell generators are based on this proven technology and are designed for long-term continuous operation. The robust system design, low wear, and minimal maintenance requirements enable stable operation even in demanding environments.

As hydrogen can be produced locally or provided on demand, a high level of independence from centralized power grids and a significant reduction in fossil energy sources emerge. In combination with renewable energy sources, resilient and sustainable supply concepts can be realized.

Thus, PowerUP fuel cell generators make a reliable contribution to climate-friendly, future-proof energy supply that seamlessly integrates into modern, integrated energy systems.
